By booking or attending lessons, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

• All prices assume in-person sessions.

• Lessons must be paid for in advance.

• Payment: Packages must be paid in full before your first session.

• Expiry:

4-Lesson Pack: Valid for 8 weeks from the purchase date.

10-Lesson Pack: Valid for 3 months (90 days) from the purchase date.

2. Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 4-Lesson Pack: One reschedule per package is allowed with 3 full days (72 hours) notice.

• 10-Lesson Pack: Three reschedules per package are allowed with 3 full days (72 hours) notice.

• Missed or late-cancelled lessons are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons with reasonable notice.

4. Health and Safety

• You confirm that you are physically able to participate in drum lessons.

• Please inform us of any health issues or disabilities that may affect your participation.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during or as a result of the lessons.

• You attend lessons at your own risk.

6. Conduct

• Respectful behaviour is expected from all students.

• We reserve the right to refuse lessons to anyone behaving inappropriately.

7. Intellectual Property

• All teaching materials, exercises and resources provided remain our property.

• You may not copy, distribute or use them commercially without permission.

8. Privacy

• Your personal information will be used only to provide lessons and related communications.

• We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time.

• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
